Koke Koke

Remember Yves Saint Laurent’s 1965 Modernist collection, which featured his now iconic Piet Mondrian dresses?

Art has always influenced fashion, where a designer worked directly with an artist and truly extraordinary and original work was created.

Good Life Coffee is like this too, take Koke for example you have a coffee importer working directly with farmers and a family-owned washing station to ensure your coffee is honey processed.

A processing a method in which the coffee rests in picking sacks for a day before the cherries are removed, then dried on a 106 raised beds for a good 21 days before they are carefully rested for another month in a clean and ventilated storehouse, all to impart additional fruitiness to the final cup.

The result is that the 96 multi-generational smallholder farmers who supply the Koke Washing Station reserve the tastier higher elevation lots just for us so you get to enjoy coffee with improved cup quality, with higher scores, a remarkable coffee that tastes truly exquisite and everyone wins.

Such collaborations in coffee occupy an exciting space where the different interests meet, to create something not only outstanding in its own right, but as a fun, highbrow offering that allow you to taste something far beyond the normal realms of every day coffee.

Remember when Betsey Johnson showed Warhol her 1981 fashion line, it was all silk and sweet, in goth-glam cherry with apricot undertones? You could tell he was all oranges and chocolate jealous that she pipped him to it.
