BEHIND THE CUP

In the verdant embrace of Colombia's Cauca region, cradled by the majestic Andes that whisper tales of antiquity, we discovered a treasure - Inza. This coffee is not merely a beverage; it's an invitation to indulge in an experience as enthralling as the first light of dawn.

Our journey back to Cauca has been long-awaited, culminating in the revelation of Inza. This is more than our recent inaugural showcase from this region; it's a vibrant celebration, an ode to a land steeped in coffee tradition. Inza, with its enchanting allure, is not just any coffee. It is the heart of Cauca, encapsulating the soul of its renowned varietals - Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica. Each bean is a story, a legacy encapsulated in your cup, a rich piece of coffee history coming alive with each sip.

The essence of Inza is lovingly crafted from the fertile soil it springs from and the devoted hands that nurture it. This coffee is the pride of Asociación de Productores de Café del Oriente Caucano, affectionately known as ASORCAFE. In the picturesque town of Pedegral, they've united with a singular vision - to weave their futures through the art of specialty coffee.

Follow the journey of each Inza bean, a labour of love and precision. Envision the cherries, ripe with possibility, meticulously pulped, their destiny shaped by nature's whim as they undergo a 20 to 40-hour fermentation. Then, washed by pristine waters, each bean is artfully sorted and gently dried under the Colombian sun, with parabolic driers lending their aid, ensuring perfection over 8 to 15 days.

Inza is more than a mere product; it's a narrative, a testament to unwavering dedication and artisanal craft. It arrives from the high altitudes of Cauca, Colombia - a region where coffee beans are not only grown but cherished and perfected.

And now, as we begin a new year, Inza makes its grand entry. This isn't just another coffee. It's a journey to a realm where time pauses, where each sip is not just a drink but a memory, a moment etched in time. Inza from Cauca is an exclusive experience, a limited offering that beckons you to partake in the adventure, Embrace Inza, and savour a coffee and a slice of the good life. Make Inza your moment of tranquillity, your connection to a world of rich flavours.
